The purpose of use

 

We collect personal data for customer relationship management purposes. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent between D-mat ltd. (registrar) and the customer (registered) and the resulting legal obligations. The provision of personal data is a precondition for consent. To put it simply, you cannot contact us via our website (d-mat.fi) or make an inquiry about our products or services, unless you provide the personal data  required for contacting us to the register.

 

Personal data is collected from the registered subject with their own consent. By sharing your personal data with us when completing the contact form, we hereby assume that you consent to the collection of your personal data in the register.

 

We also collect personal data for product and service development, marketing, opinion research and scientific research. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent, which is possible to withdraw at any given time.

The service processes include (among other things) the following information:

  • Name of the organization you represent
  • The message you have sent when completing a contact form

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless it is necessary for the technical implementation. Third parties include, for example, partners and the transport company. The information obtained will not be disclosed outside the EU.

Your privacy rights

 

The registered has the right to check their data, correct incorrect data in the register, and delete data. You can withdraw your consent to let us contact you and collect, use or disclose information about you. The registered has the right to withdraw their previous consent to the processing of data or to make a complaint to the supervisory authority regarding matters related to the processing of their personal data.

 

The request for inspection and withdrawal of consent must be sent in writing by e-mail to info@d-mat.fi. If necessary, the registrar can ask the applicant to prove their identity.

 

The registered also has the right to prohibit the use of personal data for direct marketing by informing about it when filling in the form (separate mention in the message field) or by sending an e-mail to the above address.

The website of D-mat uses cookies. Cookies allow the website to track and store information about your use of the site (such as visitors' IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit). D-mat uses cookie information to maintain and develop the web page. The information processed and collected by cookies is not information about an individual identifiable person, nor is it combined with such information.
